Well. I like Yoga!
P90X : Yoga X
I’ll admit, I had my preconceptions of what Yoga was, and the kind of people who did it.

 

Let it be known, I was wrong.

Granted, this was the first time I’ve ever done it, my opinion may quickly change by the end of this program and I still have no understanding of the spiritual side of it (quick heads up: I’m a cynical bastard), but, I do believe it may be something new I shall do forever more.

 

Tangent – Of all the video work I was subjected to during university, this is one of the few pieces that left a big enough impression for me to recall the artist and title. Fantastic portrayal of viewer perception and character associations. Keeping things simple, it’s the way to do it!

 

Food Journal :
Breakfast:

12oz Natural Yogurt [1.5Dairy]

2oz Sultana [2Snack]

1tbsp Honey [1Condiment]

1 Scoop Protein [1Protein]

 

Lunch:

2 Cup Red Pepper Soup [2Veg]

1 Protein Bar [1Bar]

1 Protein Shake [1Protein, 1 Dairy, 1Fruit]

2 Oat Pancakes [1Carb]

 

Dinner:

 

10oz Chicken Breast [3.5Protein]

2 Cup Peas & Corn [2Veg]

1tbsp Olive Oil [1Fat]

0.5 Cup Cottage Cheese [0.5Dairy]

1.5 Scoop Protein [1.5Protein]
